Transfer: Akpoguma joins Frosinone on two-year contract

Kevin Akpoguma has sealed a permanent transfer to Serie A club Frosinone, DAILY POST reports.
Akpoguma, who joined the yellow and blue on a free transfer signed a contract until June 30, 2028.
The 31-year-old was released by Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim in June following the expiration of his contract.
The centre-back, who was on the books of Hoffenheim for 13 years, will be playing outside Germany for the first in his career.
Akpoguma joined Die Kraichgauer from Karlsruher SC in 2013.
The Nigerian scored thrice in 175 League appearances for Hoffenheim.
He also spent time on loan at Fortuna Düsseldorf, and Hannover 96.
Akpoguma represented Germany at youth level before switching allegiance to Nigeria in 2020.
The versatile defender has eight appearances for the Super Eagles.
