A resident told DAILY POST that the suspect was allegedly attempting to vandalise an electric cable when power was suddenly restored, resulting in his electrocution.
The resident said the suspect died instantly while carrying out the act.
He said the incident happened at Sintilmawa village along the Ringim-Dutse road, where the suspect was discovered lifeless with his tools.
