Organ: I Was In My Shop When Someone Called Me And Said “I Heard Your Son Removed His Kidney-Mother

Juliana Abbott, mother of suspect Emmanuel Odey, has recounted how she allegedly learned that her son’s kidney had been removed, prompting her to report the matter to the police.

Abbott made the disclosure during an interview on Channels Television on Friday, August 28, 2026, while narrating how she first became aware of the allegation involving her son. She said she was at her shop when someone contacted her with the information.

According to Abbott, she immediately contacted her elder son to find out what had happened. She said he initially told her that he was unaware of the situation before later informing her about what his younger brother had allegedly disclosed.

“I was in my shop one day. So someone called me that he heard that they removed my son’s kidney. I now called the senior one and asked him, that I heard something like this, what is going on. He told me he doesn’t know. Later, he told me that the junior one told him that Emmanuel took him to one hospital and They now removed his kidney. So I went to police station to report the matter.”

Abbott said the information came to her unexpectedly and caused her to seek clarification from her other son. She explained that after initially denying knowledge of the allegation, her elder son later relayed what the younger sibling had reportedly told him.
