‎A Nigerian woman has opened up about feeling betrayed after an act of generosity toward her husband.

‎The woman’s plight was posted by @Miss-oluremi, a user on X (formerly Twitter).

Woman Cries Out


‎According to the woman, her husband loves okra soup, but she doesn’t cook it for him because she dislikes it.

‎Meanwhile, her friend came to spend the night and she asked her to cook her husband’s favorite soup.

‎However, after eating, her husband thanked her friend with a smile, but didn’t appreciate her, while she sought clarity.

‎In response, her husband stated that she deserves no gratitude, leaving her annoyed and throwing away the left over soup.

‎Howrver, her friend was left annoyed over her action and left the following day.


‎Unexpected Discovery Months Later


‎In a surprising twist, she saw an okra soup stain on her husband’s singlet, which she assumed he got from a restaurant.

‎However, after going through his phone, she discovered he sends money to her friend weekly to cook okra soup for him, while he visits her residence.

According to the woman, her husband’s actions left her betrayed and disrespected.

Every week, he would go to her house to eat.I feel betrayed and disrespected“, She added.
