Instead Of Wasting Money On Campaign, Let Everyone Wait For Election & Bargain– Aisha Yesufu Reacts To Alleged Vote-Buying In Ekiti
Activist and political commentator Aisha Yesufu has reacted strongly to allegations of widespread vote-buying during the Ekiti State governorship election, sarcastically suggesting that politicians should abandon campaigns altogether and simply bargain with voters on election day if the practice continues unchecked.
According to a report by Sahara Reporters, some voters claimed they received N10,000 from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and N2,000 from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) during the exercise.
