The victims, identified as 58-year-old Abdullah Adamu and his 45-year-old wife, Habiba Ibrahim, were reportedly attacked and killed in their community in Bashar District.

Security sources told Zagazola Makama that troops of Sector 2, OPEP, arrested the suspects at about 11:50 p.m. on November 4, 2026, following reports of the killings.

The suspects were identified as Hussaini Mallam Yusufu, 22, and Ishaku Sule, 24, while the identity of the third suspect had yet to be disclosed.

The sources further disclosed that the suspect cited the alleged dream as the reason for the attack on the couple.
