According to reports, the incident occurred after the young man allegedly placed orders for expensive drinks running into millions of naira and also received cash on credit, even though he reportedly lacked sufficient funds to pay for the expenses.

The viral video first shows the young man enjoying himself inside the nightclub. He was seen dancing while holding an expensive bottle of drink, with several other drinks displayed on the table.

The video later cuts to a different scene where the young man appears in handcuffs, following allegations that he had accumulated a bill of approximately ₦9 million in a single night.
