Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has revealed that he hopes to return to school and earn a university degree after his playing career.
According to Osimhen, a football career typically lasts only 20 to 25 years, making it important to prepare for life after retirement.
The Super Eagles forward said that although he has already made investments for the future, he still wants to complete his education.
He explained that his goal is to show that someone can leave school, achieve success in another field, and later return to finish their academic journey.
“I’d love to go back to school and earn a degree because football only lasts 20–25 years. I already have investments, but I want to prove you can drop out, become successful, and still return to school to finish your education,” he said.
