Ogun State Ministry of Justice Declares Mirabel’s Rape Allegations False, Orders Rehabilitation

The Ogun State Ministry of Justice has reportedly concluded its investigation into the rape allegations made by popular TikToker Mirabel, determining that the claims were false and fabricated.
According to reports, the ministry stated that its findings revealed no evidence of a crime, leading authorities to conclude that there is no suspect to arrest and no threat to public safety arising from the allegations.
Rather than pursuing criminal charges against Mirabel for making the claims, the authorities reportedly opted to place her in a rehabilitation program. The decision was said to be based on considerations surrounding her well-being and the circumstances that led to the allegations.
The development has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some users supporting the rehabilitation approach while others have called for stricter legal consequences for individuals found to have made false accusations.
