The Rivers State Assembly led by Victor Oko-Jumbo will screen and confirm eight commissioner nominees as members of the state Executive Council.
This was disclosed in a memo by the clerk of the House, G.M. Gillis-West, inviting the eight nominees to appeal before the lawmakers today, May 21, at 10 am with 12 sets of copies of their curriculum Vitae.
Those to be screened and eventually confirmed are;
Hon. Prince Charles O. Bekee; Mr. Collins N. Onunwo; Hon. Solomon Eke; Dr. Peter N. Medee; Hon. Elloka Tasie Amadi; Hon. Basoene Joshua Benibo; Mr. Tambari Sydney Gbara, and Dr. Ovy Orluideye Chinendum Chukwuma
