African Voice launches Nigerian operation

African Voice has launched its operations in Nigeria after operating in the United Kingdom for 23 years.

According to a statement, the newspaper, which echoes the voices of the ethnic minorities in Britain, began its Nigerian operations by circulating in Lagos and Abuja.

The Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of African Voice newspaper, Mike Abiola, said, “The publication has been providing a voice for the ethnic minority communities in the UK.

“With Nigeria at a critical junction in its economic development, the new operations of the newspaper in Nigeria hope to serve as a bridge between Nigeria and those in the diaspora, as well as encourage the promotion of trade and investment between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.”

Abiola added that expanding into Nigeria was to bridge the gap between Nigeria and those in the Diaspora.

“The African Voice newspaper is the leading voice for the black ethnic community in the UK,” he stated.
