President Tinubu Sends Message to Popular Northern PDP Governor
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to Zamfara State Governor, Dr. Dauda Lawal, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
The president sent his regards via a statement issued on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
President Tinubu praised the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governor for his commitment to the development of Zamfara State and his efforts towards peace and security in the region.
President Tinubu assured Governor Lawal of the federal government’s continued partnership with the state, urging him to remain steadfast in delivering good governance, promoting unity, and driving sustainable growth.
“Dear Governor Dauda Lawal, on behalf of the government and the people of Nigeria, I wish you good health, strength, and divine wisdom as you continue to serve the people of Zamfara State and the nation,” the President’s message read.
Governor Lawal, who was elected in 2023, clocks 60 today.
