Drama as Chris Brown deactivates his Instagram account

America singer-songwriter, Chris Brown has made headlines after deactivating his Instagram account of over 75 million followers.

It would be recalled that Chris Brown reportedly charged $1,200 to take a photo with a male fan, according to the Daily Mail.

However this report remains unconfirmed.

Although the reason for Chris Brown’s deactivation remains unknown.

Prior to the deactivation, Chris Brown announced he would be taking a break from social media.

“Ima take a break from social media. You all done pissed me off long enough “,The post stated.

Chris Brown Arrested Over Assault

As earlier reported by Gistreel, Chris Brown was accused of assaulting music producer, Abe Diaw in February 2023 at Tape nightclub in London’s Mayfair district.

The incident allegedly involved Brown smashing a tequila bottle over Diaw’s head, followed by punching and kicking him, resulting in serious injuries.

Diaw filed a $16 million civil lawsuit against Brown, claiming severe physical harm, emotional distress, and financial losses.

However, he was arrested on May 15, 2025, in connection with the incident.
