APC Youth Coalition endorses “Oba of Youths”, Amb. Julius Aluebhosele for National Vice Chairmanship South-South

The National APC Youth Coalition (NAYC) has unanimously endorsed Ambassador Julius Stanley Aluebhosele, popularly known as the “Oba of Youths”, for the position of All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman, South-South.

The National APC Youth Coalition (NAYC) has unanimously endorsed Ambassador Julius Stanley Aluebhosele, popularly known as the “Oba of Youths”, for the position of All Progressives Congress (APC) National Vice Chairman, South-South.

This is in preparation for the APC National Convention likely coming up in December 2025.

The Coalition at a press conference in Abuja on Friday, said its decision followed “wide consultations and deliberations” and was anchored on Aluebhosele’s loyalty, grassroots appeal, and contributions to youth empowerment.

Comrade Charles Osagie, NAYC National Coordinator, commended President Bola l Tinubu for “stabilizing the APC” and for his youth-friendly policies and appointments, which, he said, “continue to inspire confidence in the future of the nation.”

The Coalition described Aluebhosele’s as “a philanthropist, a big employer of labour through Interflash Farms Limited and Affluence Group of Companies, and a committed loyalist of the APC.”

It called for unity across the region, the NAYC appealed to APC stakeholders in the South-South and beyond to rally behind Aluebhosele’s candidacy to “strengthen the region’s voice and deepen youth inclusion in party leadership.”

The coalition vowed to mobilize support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu while working “tirelessly for the progress of the APC and the advancement of democracy in Nigeria.”

“With one voice,” the communiqué read, “the National APC Youth Coalition formally endorses Ambassador Julius Aluebhosele as the most qualified and unifying candidate for the office of APC National Vice Chairman (South-South).”

In the same vein the group also applauded Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for what it described as a youth-inclusive style of governance and urged the APC to zone the position of National Vice Chairman (South-South) to Edo.
