Popular Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, fondly called Davido, and his wife, Chioma, have left Nigeria following their wedding.
On the 27th of June, 2024, the singer posted images of their private jet on his X account, captioning them, “Let’s first launch this one.”
Also, a video shows the couple boarding the jet in Lagos with Davido’s team members, including Asa Asika, Lati, and Chioma’s manager, Ubi Franklin.
Though the purpose and destination of their trip are unknown, it is speculated they are on their honeymoon.
Recall that Davido recently married his longtime partner Chioma in an extravagant ceremony attended by top celebrities and dignitaries.
During the celebration, Davido surprised Chioma with a car, and the couple received generous dollar gifts from family and friends.
