The Other Black Girl season 2 gets a promising update from showrunners Jordan Reddout and Gus Hickey. The Hulu show, based on Zakiya Dalila Harris’ novel of the same name, premiered September 13 on Hulu. It follows Nella Rogers (Sinclair Daniel), an editorial assistant and the only Black woman working for Wagner Books, who begins to learn more about the company and its terrifying secrets after the hiring of Hazel-May McCall (Ashleigh Murray). Along with Daniel and Murray, the cast of The Other Black Girl includes Garcelle Beauvais, Brittany Adebumola, Hunter Parrish, Eric McCormack, and Bellamy Young.
