Senator Orji Uzor Kalu of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, has been declared winner of 2023 Abia North Senatorial District election by the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, Abia State.
The former Abia Governor defeated his main challenger, Mao Ohuabunwa, of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, who had filed a petition challenging his election at the polls.
