To call Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero's version of Cell disappointing would be putting it lightly, which is why it's so gratifying that the Dragon Ball Super manga fixes him. Fans looking forward to seeing this new edition of the mighty villain were let down by Cell Max's subpar fighting style. He acted as little more than a rampaging beast, throwing himself around with reckless abandon just trying to hit something – a far cry from the original Cell's strategic methods.
