The title Sweet Tooth may seem like nothing more than an aptly-picked phrase, however, the name of the comic series and Netflix fantasy series actually has more backstory and meaning attached to it. Sweet Tooth is a fantasy dystopian series based on comics of the same name by Jeff Lemire. The story follows a young boy-deer hybrid named Gus who is searching for his estranged mother in a world plagued by a deadly virus and a new generation of hybrid children.
