While there are several 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs, 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way is the only one that showcased the most successful relationships. Over the years, the popular spin-off has featured some of the most troubled couples that somehow made it work, despite various red flags. Even the newest The Other Way season showcases pairs that seem incompatible. One example is senior citizen Debbie Aguero and her much younger lover Oussama.
