Richard B. Riddick is one of the most fascinating characters in science fiction, and now a Predator theory has connected Riddick to one classic franchise. Riddick was first introduced in Pitch Black as an antihero with luminescent eyes that gave him superior night vision, and in its sequel The Chronicles of Riddick, it was revealed that he was a member of the Furyian race, hypertrophied humans whose incredibly harsh home planet turned them into super warriors. Riddick eventually became the leader of the Necromonger Empire, but in Riddick, the third installment in the franchise, he was once again on the run.
