The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 3 reunion is right around the corner, and with much to discuss, here’s when viewers can watch the housewives battle it out and what they can expect. Since its premiere in 2020, RHOSLC has become one of Bravo’s biggest Real Housewives spin-offs. With eccentric cast members, Utah’s beautiful backdrop, and enough conflict to last some people a lifetime, RHOSLC season 2 shot the series into the spotlight after Jen Shah was tracked down on-camera and subsequently arrested in March 2021.
While RHOSLC season 2 was dramatic enough between Jen’s arrest and uncovered racist comments made by short-lived housewife Jennie Nguyen, the heat turned up even higher for RHOSLC season 3. Jen’s explosive outbursts dominated the season as co-stars Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Lisa Barlow, and Meredith Marks remained split on her involvement in a nationwide telemarketing scam, which Jen eventually pled guilty to in July 2022. With church pastor Mary Cosby also out of the picture, the five housewives navigated new friendships, obstacles, and public feuds throughout the season. RHOSLC season 3 is almost over after four months of drama, and with just a couple of episodes left, here’s how the Bravo series is set to conclude.
The RHOSLC season 3 reunion, led by longtime host and Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen, will unfold over two episodes; the RHOSLC season 3 reunion kicks off on January 25, while the second part airs on February 1. In addition to Heather, Whitney, Meredith, and Lisa, RHOSLC‘s newest friends of the housewives, Angie Harrington, Angie Katsanevas, and Danna Bui-Negrete, are also expected to appear. While the housewives’ colorful ensembles were criticized ahead of the RHOSLC season 2 reunion in early 2022, with Jen being compared to Yzma from Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove, the women showed up to the RHOSLC season 3 dressed in warmer tones.
Although everyone would love to hear from Jen after she was sentenced to prison on January 6, the controversial housewife won’t be featured at the RHOSLC season 3 reunion. In December, Jen announced on Instagram that she was uninvited from the RHOSLC season 3 reunion last September. Jen was later reportedly banned from BravoCon in October. Although Bravo offered Jen her spot back in late November, Jen said that she ultimately skipped the RHOSLC season 3 reunion because Bravo wanted to discuss her legal case. Jen, who was also invited to a one-on-one interview with Andy, announced on January 19 that she would not participate because Bravo could “legally make misrepresentations of me and my story.”
While Jen’s court drama and guilty plea won’t be addressed first-hand, viewers should expect to hear more about Heather’s mysterious black eye at the RHOSLC season 3 reunion. In one of the most dragged-out Real Housewives storylines in recent times, Heather woke up with the unexplained injury after she spent the night with Jen. Heather danced around the topic on RHOSLC season 3 and remained vague about the situation, which immediately sparked rumors that Jen was the one to inflict the injury. “It looked like you were assaulted,” Andy tells Heather in the RHOSLC season 3 reunion trailer before asking, “Do you think Jen punched you in the eye?”
Jen’s legal battle and Heather’s black eye stuck out on RHOSLC season 3, but there are plenty of other hot topics that are set to be discussed as well, such as the dramatic feud between former BFFs Lisa and Meredith. The two have been at odds since Lisa’s infamous hot-mic rant on RHOSLC season 2. The drama continued throughout late 2022 after Whitney reportedly told Lisa that Meredith, Heather, and Jen spread rumors of an affair, while Lisa alleged that Meredith had a “pill problem.” Besides Lisa and Meredith’s former friendship, cousins Heather and Whitney are also set to address their respective feud, which also formed after Lisa’s alleged affair was brought up. If one thing is for sure, it’s that the RHOSLC season 3 reunion won’t be a quiet one.
