UA Hosts 15th Annual Southeast Region ADHD Conference

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama, in conjunction with a state advisory committee, will present the 15th Annual Southeast Region ADHD Conference on January 26-27 at the Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa.

Attendees also have the option to attend the conference online.

The event will bring together a multidisciplinary group of experts who will share research and interventions on ADHD. The conference will include specific content for educators, counselors, parents, adults with ADHD, mental health professionals, and medical professionals.

The program will be valuable to DHR workers, social workers, school nurses, disability ministries, and homeschool providers. Likewise, anyone involved in efforts to assess, treat, and rehabilitate children and adults with ADHD will benefit from attending.

The cost to attend is $199 per person, $135 per person for three or more people from the same organization, $135 for AU employees, and a $75 student fee. Attendees can also earn continuing education credits.
