Sarah Niemand has been named a mortgage loan originator at Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge, according to bank president Matt Dutcher.
In her new role, she will help people with their homeownership goals by providing financing options for home purchases, new home construction, and refinancing of existing home loans.
“Helping others is what I enjoy the most”, Niemand said. “I look forward to being a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them make an informed decision about home financing and completing the loan process as quickly as possible so they can start enjoying their home.”
He has been with Northwest Bank for 11 years and has held numerous positions throughout his career.
Niemand lives with her husband, Josh, and their children, Charlotte and Drake, in Duncombe. She is involved with Iowa Bankers Teach Children to Save, coaches youth sports, and is involved in parks and recreation activities.
