Aya Nakamura, a successful singer, and producer Vladimir Boudnikoff were arrested on August 6 for “reciprocal assault against a spouse.”
The police at the Seine-Saint-Denis Rosny-sous-Bois police station questioned them for a number of hours regarding events that they claimed occurred at their house.
According to the initial components of the investigation, the couple dialed 911 after a violent argument.
The source claimed that there were “no genuine strikes, there was no strangulation, we are talking about damage to objects,” and that they had only had minor wounds.
Following their hearings, the Malian artist and her husband were released with a court summons.
They will appear in front of the Bobigny Criminal Court at the end of November for acts of violence by a spouse that resulted in a total incapacity for work of fewer than eight days.
